Mit­mark Secu­ri­ty have worked on res­i­den­tial projects all over the UK and through­out Europe. We work close­ly with clients and archi­tects to ensure that our sys­tems inte­grate both tech­ni­cal­ly and aes­thet­i­cal­ly with the client’s needs.

For this project locat­ed in a high-end res­i­den­tial neigh­bour­hood in cen­tral Lon­don, Mit­mark Secu­ri­ty designed and imple­ment­ed a com­pre­hen­sive and high­ly sen­si­tive intrud­er alarm sys­tem in order to pro­tect the prop­er­ty when the own­ers are not in res­i­dence. The intrud­er alarm is mon­i­tored 24 hours a day by an NSI Gold-accred­it­ed mon­i­tor­ing sta­tion, which pro­vides real-time alerts if any of the 72 sen­sors detect an anomaly.

Along­side the intrud­er alarm sys­tem, Mit­mark Secu­ri­ty installed 21 IP (Inter­net Pro­to­col) CCTV cam­eras, which do not require an on-site record­ing device and instead oper­ate on a local area net­work. These cam­eras pro­duce a high def­i­n­i­tion video feed which can be accessed by the clients from any­where in the world using their online login details.

The inte­gra­tion of the intrud­er alarm, CCTV and secu­ri­ty light­ing sys­tems, togeth­er with the two steel-rein­forced safe room doors, pro­vides peace of mind to the client as well as blend­ing seam­less­ly with the exist­ing inte­ri­or design through­out the building.
