Ilona Rose House

Located in the heart of Soho, Ilona Rose House is a new development by Soho Estates providing 8 floors of mixed-use office, commercial and residential space over 300,000 square feet.

Mitmark Security worked with Soho Estates, architects and builders to design, install and operate the security systems at Ilona Rose House. These included access control and CCTV systems for all landlord areas and a number of the tenant spaces throughout the building. Security officers are also on patrol to deter misconduct and security breaches, and represent a physical security presence from Mitmark Security.

Ilona Rose House attracts a significant number of visitors daily, including tenants, employees, guests and members of the public. Managing the security of such a dynamic environment, whilst maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, was a top priority. Ilona Rose House required a reliable access control system that would streamline the entry process, provide controlled access to specific areas, and monitor the movement of individuals within the building, which was achieved with a sophisticated CCTV and access control integration.
